These stories will take readers through life before fluoroquinolones, what happened after taking them, and the fear and confusion of developing symptoms they did not understand. Many will share what it was like to search for answers, seek help from doctors, and try to make sense of a body that no longer felt the same.
The book will also follow how people learned to help themselves, found the right support, and adjusted to the changes in their bodies. Each person’s experience is different.
These are personal accounts of how quickly life can change after an adverse reaction to fluoroquinolone antibiotics, something no one expects or is ever truly prepared for.
